Two ADO programs
QCENREG.ADO does censored QR. 
QCRSTEP.ADO does censored QR with a more sophisticated method of 
	getting starting values

FRSTEX.DO has a rather long description of how to use the procedure QCENREG.ADO 
SCNDEX.DO has a shorter description. This program will be useful 
	  for users to modify for their own work.
THRDEX.DO gives an example of QCRSTEP.ADO in use.
